Huski chocolate sounds like dogshit, and them sponsoring Millwall isn't going to change that...

Good to see them go out to a team in C+B, even if it wasn't us.

Ends 2-5.

I hope we beat Eveton then get Newcastle away in the next round, just so that it costs Sullivan extra money.

Pickford hates us so much, he’s trying to get us to play Fleetwood, knowing that getting through the next round is going to cost us another £50

re. DOF.

Moyes doesn´t care he is a yes man. More like GSB saving cash and Sullivan with his delusions of grandeur at his footballing knowledge.

Yes, Soucek and Bowen were good additions.
I don’t think Pellegrini would have been given the chance to sign them, so probably not.
He would have been reluctantly given a goalie to sort out his error and been told to sort it out.

Why don’t we have a director of Football?
Do you think Moyes doesn’t want one?

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Hull City - Official Match Thread
It also makes me wonder if Soucek and Bowen would have still been wanted, scouted and sign with us.

I am sure if offered MP would have took Soucek.

Good we have the progressive Alan Irvine as care taker for when Moyes is sick. Or fucks off.

It does make you wonder how we would be doing / playing if Pellegrini was still here. Most of his buys are fit and did fine in the reserves against Hull.

Stubbo

I agree about yarmolenko, I think he could suit the no10 role really well. It addresses the issues of his lack of pace and tracking back, but exploits his strengths of, um, doing stuff with his left foot

Would be much better in there than lanzini or noble have been under Moyes

But if we’re going with the wing back system, that idea becomes a bit redundant doesn’t it?!

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Hull City - Official Match Thread
Agreed E3. Although that is the only part of his game missing.
He has a good brain and could play in a top 6 side easily.

Still prefer to see him playing and attacking, week in week out, than be a cunt injured and paid for 100 years like Carroll or Wheelchair Wiltshere.

Can't stand players that bottles out of challenges like Anderson always does

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Hull City - Official Match Thread
Although I only saw a fraction of the Charlton game, they seemed a much sterner test, and therefore that result was much more of an achievement.

Yesterday's match left me amazed that Hull had beaten Leeds in the previous round.

Quite interesting watching Pellegrini's vision playing together, with Haller supported by Lanzini, Yarma and Anderson, all in front of Wilshere.

Good to see Felipe last the 90 and hopefully would have toughened him up a little.

Haller knows where the goal is, took it round the keeper with ease. Given service he will score or assist.

Yarma is not as shit as many make out.

Despite a shit cup , it is now 8 goals , conceding 1. In 2 rounds. In the past with Fat Sam these games would have been a lot closer or at least challenging.

Good to see a few of MPs signings and our B team putting in a shift.

COYIs.

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Hull City - Official Match Thread
This result and the one against Charlton has brought a renewed hope that we can have a good cup run. It may be short lived, but when we have played this opposition in the past the view was always scrap a win or lose. But a 5-1 hammering shows something good and maybe Moyes and his staff can find diamonds amongst the rough they have.

Any success will be there's and not those pricks owning the club.
