I've wondered about wotcha as well. It was one of the first words I picked up when I moved to England as a kid. I remember someone at work saying it to me in 1989.

Anyone else watch the whole series of 'For the love of Ada' on Talking Pictures, or just me?
I was thinking of putting it on the box set recommendations, but guess it might not be to everyone's taste.
