Managed to get some fantastic football out of Faubert, he also got Carlton in the England squad, the kind of guy Gold and Sullivan could do without...
I've never seen Faubert not give his all whenever wearing the shirt, as a fan that's all I can ask for and expect.
LAD, you seem a lone voice swamped in the quagmire of Westhamonline, keep thrashing good man, a search party sent out will sense the splashes and save you...or not, you may drown in this sea of lunacy.
Caution at all times, tread carefully, chances are you'll get dragged down to their level and start asking for personal advice on how to arrange an honour killing of your wife or some such shit.

His contract expires in june/july so whatever league we are in he will be gone.
If we go up (yeah right) he won't be considered good enough and if we stay in the championship the club will be desperate for his 40k a week wages to be off the wage bill.
Might not play for us again.

The thing I laugh about, is how people on here last season defended the absolutely shocking Jonathan Spector, but slag off Faubert.
Other than a display against Everton, and that once in a million performance against Man United he was fucking awful, wherever he played. But people stuck up for him because of his good attitude, and willingness to fill in wherever needed.
Faubert does more or less the same, work his bollocks off for the side and has shown this season a much better attitude and still gets slagged off for it.
I'm not saying he's a good footballer (Faubert) because I do think he is limited, but at the moment he's doing a decent job and giving all he's got for the shirt. Can't ask more than that.

Faubert is better in the more forward role - he's never a full back. Many of our goals conceded in the Zola season and last year's relegation season were down to his gaffs at full back.
Now all we need is for Carlton Fucking Cole get dropped and we've got a chance of going up.

He's an attacking right winger. Perhaps one of those Inside Rights of yesteryear. I don't care how many football managers with IQ of 105 think differently.
Try playing him in a FRONT three (on the right) where pace, intuition and natural ability shine, and you may see some performances from the 'hard' to motivate TGV.
