Advice needed regarding police

Hi need some advice regarding a situation. The other night I was doing dishes in the kitchen and noticed the lady across the road was doing a tattoo for someone. They are directly opposite and had curtains open and light on. I wanted a tattoo so the missus suggested going over to ask. Just being friendly as we have recently moved here. She wasnt in so left a note introducing myself and enquired if she did tattoos professinally. Tonight the police came round and wanted me to go to station for questioning. I am babysitting my son so couldnt so they asked me to go in tommirow. Cant understand it. We were being friendly. Can anyone tell me what I am likely to expect tommorow? And how to resolve situation

Works both ways Fifth. You read all this bollocks on the net about "your rights" and all that, and as anyone here - no matter how law abiding - who's had the misfortune to be on the wrong side of a pissed off copper at football or any other situation will know; all that goes out of the window in a fucking second.
Try refusing to give your name or hand over your wallet with some smart-arse comment about your "rights" if you're ever section 60'd and see how far you get.

Strange thing to do. If I wanted a tatto, I'd want it done properly. I wouldn't go and knock at a neighbours door after seeing her using a compass and a bottle of Parker Quink ink through her window.
