Indeed, any team who goes through a league campaign unbeaten (1 game to go I know) more than deserves the title.

Another case for goal line technology in the Milan derby, a lot clearer than Carroll's effort yesterday, should be 2-0 to Inter.

The Reverend, I think the word you are looking for, especially in the case of Chelsea supporters, is fickle.

Apologies if done before but there was a lovely pot kettle black moment at St James today when the Geordies were singing "where were you when you were shit................."

I put the Geordies in the same glory hunter category as Chelsea. Both have had some shameful attendences when in the second flight of football.

For me Tex, that's where you have to admire (grudgingly or not) them even taking it this far.

They are some horrific amount in debt, and yes they have some very very expensive players to start with, but their spending power recently has been nothing like City's.

Man U desperately need some creativity & goals from midfield next season...

Can't rely on Scholes & Giggs any more...

If they don't spend big they won't win the league again soon...

Re: Sunday Football Thread
If Man Utd had had someone like Huntelaar up front they would've put a few more past that Swansea keeper today.
