Brian Montenegro - Offski?

As his loan was only for a season, I take it he's being let go?
Seems a shame he wasn't (barely) given a chance in the first team, but I suppose BFS saw him in training and we didn't.

and all are regarded as strikers?
or are they regarded as forwards?
and are they paid a wage by sponsored funding,or one of the salary funds owned by the directors?

So what about DylanTombides, or Paul McCallum or Christian Montano or Ravel Morrison then, where do they all figure, as they are all strikers on the brink and or around the 1st team - Not sure I even understand your logic and or your point!?

He looked quite good last weekend but not ready for first team other than a sub I'd say. But shows promise. So if not too pricey then worth a punt.

I liked Kovac, he was on £3,000 p/w, compared to Boa Morte who was on £55,000 p/w.
Similar feelings for Mr Montenegro in terms of his possible value for the football club.
In the future I can see us losing more by having *not* signed him...

Good player rated amongst his colleagues at WHU, did pick up a fairly long term injury last third of season but made it back for the last few games - technically very good and can score goals.
I am not sure a decision has been reached!!

Montenegro is quite rated among the young players from south america.
With players like that you have to run the risk of spending some money now, breed the player and maybe earn ten times the money in a couple of years, IMO it's a better bet than the Savio one.
It can go either way, with Dos Santos the spurs looks like they've wasted money and time, Suarez was bought for 800K by Groningen when he was 19 and was sold for 7 millions two years after to Aajx who sold him for 26,5 million to Liverpool.
In 4 years from 800K to 26,5 millions, not bad.

I don't think we loaned him for the first team. We loaned him to have a look at him. He's young and highly rated, and he scored a lot of goals for the reserves and by all accounts was a bit of a handful. If he's cheap, I wouldn't be surprised if he stays with us.

Me like 99.99% of all posters on this site have never seen Montenegro play so how can we offer an opinion ?

It was decided that we didnt want to use a wage on him.
Everything about his employment by us during the loan was discerned as good
