Re: Las Vegas
stay at wynn and upgrade when there to the tower suites.

dont bother with encore i dont know why but i didnt like it as much as the wynn.

take her for a meal at the wing lei at the wynn, only michellin starred asian restaurant in vegas or even america i cant remember now, and also to picasso at the bellagio and circo at the bellagio, get a window seat booked at circo.

take her to see the beetles love show at the mirage, best show ever.

and get all that done in the first few days as if she doesn't like and appreciate it then there's lots of help available for you to make sure that the rest of your vegas trip has a "happy ending"

Re: Las Vegas
Go for 2 weeks every year. Love the place.

Since 2009 I have stayed at

Luxor - ok back in 2009 but seemed dated when we popped in there last year

NYNY - OK, nice atmosphere there, always get treated well and given free rooms. OK if you're on a budget. We stayed there this year and they were renovating the pool so not sure if that is finished yet or not.

MGM Grand - massive hotel, rooms OK, service aint the best. Nice pool areas

Mandalay Bay & theHotel - fantastic suites, not great service. pool is awesome. Bit too out of the way for some people

Planet Hollywood - OK, nothing wrong with it, not outstanding. Worth it if you can get a good price. Decent location

Cosmopolitan - FUCKING AWESOME! love this place. Newest hotel on the strip. Looks the bollocks, get a high floor terrace overlooking the fountains, absolutely stunning. Great pool area with pool tables, table football and a nice bank of large screen TVs for sport. Have stayed here twice in the last year and it is my favourite place on the strip.

Off strip, if you fancy a few days downtown the golden nugget is a decent place to stay.

Wynn - Stayed there in April, lovely hotel, but a bit too far up its own arse for my liking.

Never been, but by reputation there are few places in the world that are less appealing.

Re: Las Vegas
The one thing you must do is a helicopter ride out to the Grand Canyon which should take you down the strip and over the Hoover Dam. Wonderful experience.

Other than that I found Las Vegas a weird place. Glad that I went but nothing compelling to drag me back though I can see it being OK for a lads break or if you are into gambling.

When I went (about 6 years ago) I would say the Bellagio was the most impressive hotel.

Re: Las Vegas
stay in the wynn tower suites
you can get upgraded from a normal room for a £100 a night if you email them - well worth it
eat at la cave in the wynn and the picasso in the bellagio and as a tower suite boy in the wynn you get early doors entrance in their clubs which is well worth it - enjoy.....

I stayed in the Vdara when I got married in January.
Beautiful hotel, and superb location.
She'll love it.
The Vdara, Aria & Cosmopolitan are the three latest, designer hotels on the strip.

Enjoy.

Stay at Bellagio.
I recommend Room 22014. Brilliant view of the fountains and Paris.

I stayed at the Luxor and thought it was a bit dated, staying at the bellagio next month. Heard Wynn is good.

I got married in Vegas..

Drive through fro $150.

Some Russian taxi driver called Sergio was the witness..

Go to the stratosphere for dinner.

Get a helicopter over the strip.

Go to the Hoover dam

Go shopping to one of the discount malls.

Stay at any of the major 5* + hotels, they''re all awesome..bellagio is where I stayed...Caesars, Wynn etc..

I've also been with mates.

Different story!!!

It's too fucking hot in July....

Yeah never take kids!

Re: Las Vegas
stayed at the MGM and the luxor, both fine and ok but nothing special.

best bit about vegas was driving out to the grand canyon for couple of days.

Next best part was leaving vegas
