Hello fellow hammers

Hi everyone , Just joined up to WHO after all these years , I have always popped on here to keep upto date with the latest news , gossip etc but finally took the plunge and decided to sign up and hopefully enjoy some of the banter on here.
I currently reside in Malta and have done for the last 4 or so years , Originally from Walthamstow in east london and moved to Barking before leaving the UK to live abroad .
Have been a Hammer since the age of 6 years old (Now 38) and used to go regularly to upton park to watch my beloved westham .
Just wanted to say hi to everyone and hopefully enjoy being a member on here for a long time..

Don't worry Malta. This is what you get from WHO. Name any place in the world and there will be someone who hates it - and the people that live there.
Some of these people should never be let out of their own country. They act exactly like the caricature of an American that they will mock for being so insular. They only like people that live in the same street and then only provided that they are not ethnics, muslims, lefties, gays, hippies or supporters of other football clubs.
You have to take it all with a pinch of salt.

I can only assume you was in malta in the late 70's- early 80's mate cos if u had been here anytime after that and only found the "casino" the only source of entertainment you were either here on a "special needs" holiday for the mentally challenged or a complete and utter retard who probably wears sandals with socks in mid summer...

lollooll Mate the birds out here are a bit better now , them "Mintoff" days are long gone... proper sorts out here but they are a bit stuck up , most of them are stunners, a trip to paceville at the weekend and you will see what im on about.

Funnily enough I'm off to Gozo for a week in the summer. I have been to Valetta before, but never Gozo. I'm looking forward to it!

Hmm im not convinced, it's just a big rock is'nt it Whats the currency in Malta?
Are they on the Euro ? Im sure it'sOk I just imagine big birds in wide floral dresses that's all.
You're not far off, chilleep - what is it about these Mediterranean areas where no matter how a bird looks in her 20s, they are all big fat square blocks clad in floral dresses by a certain age!
They all mob up to promenade along Sliema seafront in the evening.
