How much do you take home a month?

Some may remember I started a topic a short while back about walking on a job...anyway despite some doomsdayers on here I have just been offered another job, ableit for less money..
I would be taking home only 2500 quid a month which is really going to stretch me...was just wondering how that fits in with what most take home on here?

i say bedroom. spare room. you know what i mean.
turned 40k profit 1st year, and 90k 2nd year.
he's looking to rent premises now. pays himself a fair whack as well. its all procurement jobs paying 50k + a year, of which his fee is 15-18%.

the point is ad_ss son is that nobody really cares what anyone else earns. in my group of mates i have someone who is number 4 in BT on about 350k per year. we have another mate who is a full time barman on about 20k a year.
another mate owns his own recruitment company started from his bedroom and turned 90k profit last year, whereas another mate is turning his life around after having cancer.
when all the lads get together no one cares who earns what or lives where.

Just to be clear my mortgage is 1200 a month...then many other overheads....I would have left to spend on socialetc only around 300 quid a month. So trust me I'm not zoltaneering here.
