Partridge's Cooking in prison on c4..

Or it might as well be. Gordon behind bars on channel 4 shows how people will gleefully buy shit cakes if theyre endorsed by a celebrity. Much like those blumenthal Christmas things that waitrose do.

ian wright did a pretty decent job of this last year coshing a prison football team . Just shows how fucking useless ost of these cunts are..all they had to do was learn to take a bit of instruction and err play football and even then half of them couldn do it without answering back or failing to turn up etc.
as for ramsay... dear god, can he stoop any lower?

DSMW - to be honest, this is the first programme of his that I've seen at length. I know he acts up (which is one of the many reasons I won't watch him), but this is acting down.
Moaning that the food he was taking out was being x-rayed?!? How many viewers possibly believed that?

I think generally that Gordon Ramsey is a very willing showman for TV. You see this on pretty much every episode of Kitchen Nightmares US when he pretends to throw up after trying their food (not every single restaurant is going to be vomit inducing).
I think generally it's a good idea to get prisoners working, active and qualified, I just don't think cooking is the right avenue

funny that he's trying to make himself look like some sort of moral champion, by sticking up for people who have given up their right to freedom. Technically, he's suggesting the law of the land not be upheld. Which is ironic, seeing as he used the law of the land to try to sue the shit out of his father in law.

In which case it's incredibly cringe-worthy. Anyone with a brain knows the answer to those questions, so he's making himself look a right prick by questioning it.
I didn't believe that he'd be stupid enough to need to ask, but I also couldn't believe that he'd be happy to make himself look such an idiot.

There's no way he wouldn't have known that prior to going in. Programmes like that are heavily researched, and have to go through legal clearances before you can shoot a single frame.
That's him (or him being prompted by the producer), hamming it up infront of the camera to have extra conflict within the story.

"Why does that door have to be locked?"
Er, because it's a prison.
"Why do the knives have to be locked away?"
Er, because IT'S A FUCKING PRISON.
I don't know if he really is that thick or if it's just for television, but he asks some fucking stupid questions. And NO-ONE would have bought their food if it was on sale in the local Nisa - odd that it was popular with him selling it though.

One of those little cunts was getting into trouble constantly, and Gordon thought he knew better because the bloke wasnt stabbing people in the kitchen, and went on to undermine the guards on camera.
What a load of bollocks. As contrived as that 'Jamie teaches Americans how to eat' programme.

I like him, and the program. And think he has some balls doing it. He'll turn at least one of those guys life around, so it's worth it for that alone.
Though Jerome may have already hanged himself after being banished to Norwich.
The Prison Management aren't coming across to well, which adds interest.

I know part of the appeal to many is Gordon Ramsay's detestible personality and arrogance. It comes naturally to him and he gets paid for it. Strange world we live in.
I loved it when Sherringham cvnted him in the bastard in that Charity game recently. Pig of a man is our Gordon.
