Given that Terry in calling Ferdinand a FBC says he was just sarcastically mimicking back what Anton was accusing him of saying .... What was it that Terry DID say that Ferdinand apparently 'misheard'?
Did Terry's lawyers come up with a plausible form of words?

So this case was not Ferdinands? It was a copper that reported it. Ok its making a tad more sense (but only just).
Hopefully if there is a thing called karma, Terry will get his just desserts that way :)

Hmmm.... all we know is that Ferdinand thought that was what was said to him but no one can prove it.
I was just curious as to why Anton would pursue it so strongly via court. Is racist language still a big problem at the top level of the game during matches? And has Terry just been the incident where Ferdinand had finally had enough? Or is it that Terry is well know to be a racist and generally nasty piece of work and Anton experienced himself and decided to do something about it?
Or is there some other long standing grudge that the Ferdinands or someone who is their friend etc... has against Terry. I mean Terry is going to have a lot of enemies I would think as he displays the worse possible combination of traits a human being can.... ignorance (slowness in the head too) combined with arrogance.
I hate Terry with a passion but it seems once again that he gets away with it. Perhaps you can fool all the people all the time?

Shin the FA were powerless over the Court case. It was started by a Copper who was at the game who heard what Terry said.
