Morning Ted, and morning all especially to the short fat bloke from Thorpe Bay.
Nothing for breakfast yet, currently at swimming with my not then off to the gym for a couple of hours then home for some salmon fillets and salad.
Taking the kids to see Ice Age 4 this afternoon.

So far frying up a few sausages and burgers left over from yesterday - just deciding whether to crack open a desperado or 2 .
Weather looks a bit bright - I have to say I never seen such a bunch of retarded supporters ( and embarrasment to Essex as that bunch of medical experimentsgot out 75-100 - parading as Southend supporters )the fat wanker with the drum - was an exceptional sub human species was shut up with in about 20-25 minutes.
Good result and a very comfortable win in wretched conditions . Have a good day , afternoon and evening and good luck to Danielle Pringle :-)

Two weeks of living it up in Mexico has left me with a gurgling stomach and raging trots....not sure if I have a bug or just over indulged.
A cup of tea, Go Ahead Yogurt Bar and a large mouthful of Gaviscon.
