Anyone know this fella or his family?.. http://www.yourthurrock.com/2012/02/10/ufos-and-alien-abduction-in-aveley/
the vid btw is an airship, but the scintillating commentary make you realise how some uninformed conclusions are jumped to...
probably...

No Ron, no anal probing. It would have been really embarrassing to as I was standing in the middle of a crowed Costco car park.
I saw a pearl white globe moving slowly through a bright cloudless sky. It eventually went straight up. It was then followed by another similar craft but this one was moving at speed and followed the first one skyward until out of sight. No drama, it's just that this was a craft I have never seen in my life before. I have since seen photos that are similar.
UFO? Certainly. Flown by aliens? Absolutely no fucking clue!
Remember. The truth is out there! :0)

A mate of mine is (possibly was, I haven't spoken to him in a while) in a band with someone whose parents owned the Roswell Ranch at one point.
My mate's former band were called The Aliens.
Their singer was from Mars.
This is conclusive proof of.....something or other.

Intersting that worm should post on this thread, because people who believe in visitors from other worlds think they get here via "worm holes" in the fabric of space which are supposedly "shortcuts".

Aliens have developed technology that enables them to navigate and traverse space across gazillions of lightyears and when they get there all they want to do is stick a probe up someone's arse.

Not quite conjecture, but the fact that we only have one intelligent species to base them on...
Still as Fermi said "Where are they?"

As I have seen a UFO up close and personal I have no doubt about their existence.
The question is this, who makes them and who flys them?
Aliens or military. Either way it opens up the proverbial can of worms.

Criticism of the Drake equation follows mostly from the observation that several terms in the equation are largely or entirely based on conjecture.
Drake would be well at home on WHO.

Re: Roswell ?

According to the Drake equation there are between 1000 and 100,000,000 civilisations (of similar or greater intellgence than us) at any one time in our galaxy.
Though there are many critics of the Drake equation!
