Council, I used to watch married with children every friday. The russ abbott one was god awful..
Who's the boss translated to the upper hand and ran for years and I've heard the american version of the office its doing ok

I used to love Married with Children 20 odd years ago with the great Ed O'Neil in the lead role, they decided to do an english version and cash Russ Abbott, Russ fucking Abott. It didn't take off.
