Of course - if you dont want a 12 year old to leak information, dont tell a 12 year old anything, because a 12 year old is busy trying to build his little reputation amongst his friends and bullies.
if you do want a 12 year old to leak information, make sure that the information youre going to leak to him is credible, or you'll piss off your constituency massively and it will be counterproductive.
