I don't buy any after shave for myself and never have done as I get loads of it for Xmas and birthdays so have always had enough.
I don't buy the missus perfume because she always seems to have enough but luckily I just broke a bottle of Dior addict and said I will replace it - £89 a bottle! Are they fucking taking the piss?
I'm pretty sure when I bought my old man some hai karate and the old girl some yardley gold when I was a kid I still had change for a sherbet dip, had the works gone mental?
So anyway where is the best value place for smelly water in poncey bottles?

Perfume is actually very expensive. My first job back in '84 I was an engineer specialing in the aerosol, pharma and perfume industries. Used to do alot of work for L'Oreal and a milk churn full of perfume was worth about 10k back then. Aftershaves and EDT etc were about 5 pc perfume, the rest was mainly alcohol - if you buy proper perfume like the real Chanel #5 it's bloody expensive but a little dab of it goes a long way and smells / lasts a long time - buy it and be grateful she doesn't know what REAL perfume is otherwise you're fucked!! Give Selfridges a call and ask them how much Chanel perfume costs - you may get a shock, then again It's been a whle since I was in the industry so prices wil have changed

Thank me later been using them for years half the price of UK High Street apparently about 40% discount on Cyprus prices. Guernsey based so no VAT either.

i wear Givenchy play and its £55 a bottle in any major shop , but i picked up 4 bottles for £35 a go in Gibraltar this year.

How good are they?
With the stuff they do, it's distinctive, it lasts, have a look at reviews, usually well rated.
It's all very well packaged and delivery is good - if she is into presentation with the bottles etc, then extremely good.
Worth sending off for, instead of nipping down Boots.
