Beware that the ground is quite a long walk from Kingston town centre. In fact I think it's officially in New Malden.
Don't go there though.

I recommend The Grey Horse - Proper old style boozer with live bands and a comedy club out on the Richmond Road.
Nice guy called Richard runs it (even if he is Chelsea).
My band has played there every year for the last 20 years now...

I assume you're going to Kingsmeadow tomorrow?
The Robert Peel is the nearest pub. There is a separate bar where you won't get hassled by strippers.
Bit further down Cambridge Road is the Cambridge Arms,a typical council estate pub. Plenty of PROPER pubs in the town centre.
I would recommend The Kings Tun. Wetherspoons.
