Tv Box sets thread again - recommendation pls

Just finished The Killing liked it a lot but not really the last season as much.
Breaking Bad, Homeland done
Was going to do Luther or The Wire next - can you tell me which one is best of the two?

Good shout Ted, only need his bonkers daughter as his sidekick and all would be well in the world.
Manuel.
I think Wags and Chucks Dad are two of the best 'evil bastard' characters Iv'e seen in a long time and yes,Wendy is a fucking sort. Nearing the end of series 3 and its still doing enough to keep me in there.
Boardwalk empire and BCS next for me.

Billy - Yes some cracking storylines in it, but most will say that after season 2 it got a bit shit and it was just the same old plots/rivalries, etc and it got tired. But I stuck with anyway it and just have the last season to watch.
Dollar Bill is a good character, and of course the main man. And Wendy is a grrrrrr. Her husband is another good character too, always scheming something and trying to bring Axe down, usually backed up by his old man.

Ted.
Got to agree, makes sense to watch 1883 before Yellowstone but that dosn't detract from how good Yellowstone is,looking forward to series 5.
Very late to the party but am currently enjoying Billions, some great story lines.

I enjoyed 13 Lives - love a true story, especially ones so improbable. However, Mortensen and Farrell's English accents sound EXACTLY like Del Preston the roadie in Wayne's World 2 (who is English but hamming it up) and that did my box in.
Slight spoiler alert - they don't mention Elon Musk!

Sold - FFS, I get each his own and all that, but you can't compare Blackbird to Breaking Bad. People will be talking about Breaking Bad in 10 years still, Blackbird has barely even touched the radar, it's an above average mini-series, but yea I get it this is WHO so we are never going to agree anyway.
As for the RT link, like I said I enjoyed Blackbird, but will have forgotten about it by next week.

I'll be honest I enjoyed that far more than the 3 months that it took to watch Breaking Bad from start to finish...

I liked Black Bird but wouldn't go way overboard on it like you have. Mind you don't you love pretty much everything apart from Beatles docs? There are the great shows, then there's the rest, and this one gets filed under the rest.

.... and the best thing about it it's only 6 episodes so your interest does not wander unlike some box sets that you start and they seem to go on for ever... Breaking bad etc...

ted - I'm 3 in, it's a little slow imo and they are full one hour episodes, but it keeps you interested and looking forward to seeing how it plays out, as nothing appears that obvious as yet.

Thirteen Boys, about the Thai kids stuck in a cave is excellent, though I'm only half way through, as it's a long un.
Probably wouldn't have watched it until I saw it was directed by Ron Howard.
On Amazon.
