The Haunting of Bly Manor was pretty shit. They took a excellent short story by Henry James and stretched it out over 9 episodes. \\Hence it's slower than a tortoise in shackles.

The Undoing is the business.

Barbarians (Netflix) is a good watch - Germans V Rome. If you like "Vikings", "Last Kingdom" you will like this.
Also "To the Lake" (Netflix) Russian Pandemic survivors.

Has anyone watched The Haunting of Bly Manor? I’ve got one episode to go. It’s been universally panned but I like it. If you’re expecting something like Hill House then you will be disappointed, because it isn’t like that at all. I loved episode 5 especially, but it won’t be for everyone.

On the third series of "Parenthood" now and for those that haven't seen it I would thoroughly recommend it.
Watching it on Kodi "The Crew" addon just click on TV shows then search Parenthood and away you go.

Just finished it. As you say, nice easy watch. Several laugh out loud moments, including the very last scene

Watched "American Murder _ The family next door" last week

anyone else seen it- only a single documentary however was disturbing and left me uneasy - wont spoil the story although most of its has already been played out however the fact that the whole show is basically a stitching together of social media and body camera footage is chilling - wife's got a relative who is FUKCING OBSESSED with capturing and sharing every last moment of her childrens days and spunking it all over social media DOES MY SWEDE IN and this story has a mother who is the same/worse...

Watching Brave New World on Sky. It’s not an easy watch but quite good. Based on the Aldous Huxley novel.

In a West Ham link, Alex Bunbury’s daughter is in it (she’s a model turned actress).

Quite enjoying Ted Lasso, done by the guy who wrote Scrubs.

SNAP!

easy watch, I've 3 episodes to go. A handy one to watch when you don't want something too heavy going.

Season 2 of The Boys has been superb, top comic book gore in the latest episode with multiple exploding heads!
Keith Urban is giving Dick Van Dyke a run for his Cockerney money! And I think maybe replacing the word cunt with wanker occasionally might make the English characters a little more believable

Finished Empire yesterday - pretty enjoyable across the piece if a bit farcical at times, but the way they had do do the ending was a shame.
