Employment Lawyer Recommendation - No Win No Fee
Can anyone recommend a good company to help me in a dispute over my role with my employer which is a large organisation based in Canary Wharf.
Thanks

Thanks for the concern Snarestone, and if the mods wish to, they can remove my comment.

However, the bloke wasn't able to put together an open and shut case with an admission of guilt from my missus employer, so I doubt he'd be able to do anything to me in another country.

Alternatively we could keep bumping the thread to ensure it doesn't die?

Jonah/mods, I' recommend, from personal experience, removing his comment. It just ain't worth the grief, however true it might be. I criticised a solicitor online, and although I was right, it cost me defending my comments :-(

Yeah, pretty worried about that JGW1.

I do, however, think I'll be ok.

Amused by Jonah's exposure to a libel action. Alleging professional negligence on a public forum. This could be entertainINg

Try Morgan Lewis. A guy called Matt Howse is really good.

Another good one is David Greenhalgh, who now works as Head of Employment at Joelson Wilson.

I am aware that this case relates to a big firm in London so some of our city boys on here might know of some employment lawyers in the area who operate on a no win no fee basis.

Just make sure you invoke the internal grievance procedure before external action. See that process through all parts first.

Forget about it. McDonald's can afford the best lawyers.

Whatever you do, don't get involved with Attwaters, and in particular, Jonathan Clarke.

They fucked my missus case up completely. We would have been better off sticking with the old fella, a mate of a mate knew, who died before the hearing.
