I rarely have need to speak to the ticket office but.......
I just rang them to clarify a few points and the lady who answered the phone was excellent, dealt with my enquiries in a fast, efficient and friendly manner.

I've seen plenty slagging the ticket office over the years but I found them excellent.

Made a complaint, lets see what the customer service of the online store is like.

Ordered the new home kit for my youngest son, and a home shirt for myself. Items were delivered a day late, this was the courier firms fault though, wrong size socks were sent, and despite the despatch note stating the adult shirt was packed it wasn't in the package when it turned up.

OAF is no longer employed by the club.

In context the point Rodent tried to make was that I slag off everyone that works at the club, from cleaning lady to stadium announcer to ticket office staff.

He was incorrect.

I love how they've misplaced by season-ticket renewal forms TWICE over the past 3 years and got my card details wrong for the automatic Home Cup Scheme...
