Anyone dated a French bird?

Dilemma. This is (was) going well, she's a bit of a stunner even at 36, dresses beautifully, very pretty, way too good for yours truly. Fourth date last night, back to my gaff, undressed her, and...UGGGHHHH...hairy armpits. Also unkempt downstairs, unruly sprouting all over the show.
Obviously played it cool and finished the job - after initially recoiling - but now wondering how to ask her to have a fucking shave. I thought this was a bit of a MYTH about French birds but it's not.
She's texted me this morning, had a great night etc. Advice on how to respond to remedy this unpleasantness please?
And, yes, I wiped my knob on her

Thought I should add a quick update seeing as someone - quite unfathomably - brought this thread back from 2016 (might be wrong with the year?). Turns out she’s dead now. Had cancer. I don’t think it was of the armpits although there was quite a bit of skullduggery hiding in there so, who knows.
Knocked on my lounge window about two weeks after all of the hairy shenanigans which, bizarrely, was the game-ender for me. In light of armpit-gate it seems a tepid way to bail. But I wasn’t responding to messages apparently. Anyway, I feel a bit bad now.
Guessing they didn’t need any kindling at the cremation; she would’ve lighted up fairly easily if they’d started in the right place.

Yep, dated a girl from Lyon for a few months in the naughties.
Also in the 80s I slept with a French girl who had dyed green hairy armpits (just the once obviously) and a pet rat running around her room. True story!

I interviewed a lovely young French lady just this morning...she was very sweet and super sexy.
