H&P - better than having it soaked in Polish vodka-piss...

My original post today applies, Gav... It's not about holding ALL the cards, it IS about a proper attempt to play your hand - we haven't been doing that. And I repeat:

**There is nothing 'difficult' about Brexit, other than the people we have had dealing with it up to now simply DON'T WANT TO LEAVE. Once we correct that, and get a proper Brexiteer Cabinet, and clear out some of the Remain scrubbers in the background, we'll be on our way. In addition, we all know that 90% of the 'problems' that arise following Brexit will not be 'as a consequence' they will be CONFECTED by the Remain camp and its cronies... because they are still unable (after 3+ years) to process the UK's DECISION to Leave the EU. Pathetic.**

Brexit truths that no one ever talks about:

Pre- referendum: Remain underestimated their opponents and did not utilise social media.

EU have played a blinder organised, united and steadfast, we have been an ill prepared, disorganised, incohesive shower of shite, who should not have issued Article 50 until we had sorted out a plan of attack.

The majority of the strongest advocates of Brexit have shied away from positions that would have allowed them to deliver it because THEY KNEW it would not be as easy to deliver as they said it would. The Civil service knew and advised them as such.

Original Remainers have been tasked with delivering to become the fall guys and soften us up for a No Deal. Boris has played the long game, the wily buffoon that he is.

Positions are now entrenched in the same way that no one will ever admit they bought a shit car because it makes them look and feel like they have poor judgement or are susceptible to being influenced by salesman. Ask most people a couple of 'Whys' and you realise we, as a nation haven't got the information we need.

And the French... we will continue to move further away from RORO to LOLO, and they can stick the tunnel up their arse.

It'll be a close run thing to see which of the remaining EU countries shit themselves first. My bet is on Ireland... most all of his wagons have to cross back and forth through England... and THIS time he won't have the UK bailing him out when his darlings at the EU refuse again.

And we STILL have Barnier threatening us... stupid arse. It's like having a small child telling an adult he must do as he's told or he won't get any presents from Santa.

**which is far less important than the euro in terms of our trade**

Never fear... once we Leave and the EU is another 39 Billion adrift, you'll soon see a nice bit of financial smoothing...

And of course, you will see Germany and Spain fall off their perches as the downturn in trade with the UK starts to bite; especially Spain, as most of their export to us is perishables...

The beauty of us Brits is WHATEVER is thrown at us, we will overcome it and march on... THAT is what the EU fears about us most, they know our natural resilience will see us through.

Astrologers, palm readers and homeopaths all get paid, too. Russell Grant is a millionaire. Does that make his 'work' any more real?

“Having said that, being an economist is on a par with being an astrologer, palm reader or homeopath. Because economics isn't a real Thing.”

Neither is his salary a real thing, right?

Or is yours for the matter unless you are paid in spuds and pig fat.

You haven't proved anything, you just made a load of comments without substance, as per usual.

Are you saying this professional economist was wrong this morning when she admitted her predictions were wrong?

Gavros 1:57 Mon Jul 22
Re: EU Referendum 23rd June 2016 declares Cameron
So, Bolty, you claim that sterling didnt fall 5% thanks to Brexit.

Then when i point out it fell 10% ON THE FUCKING DAY AFTER, you say that's not what was predicted.

you're just chatting shit for the sake of it, arent you?

Nurse that's unfair on Economists. They have successfully predicted 97 out of the last 7 recessions.

That's not what was predicted, Divros.

Hence your spin, you stupid cunt.

Re: EU Referendum 23rd June 2016 declares Cameron
Youre all as laughably clueless as the next.

One example: on a trade weighted basis, sterling fell 10% THE DAY AFTER THE VOTE. It was fuck all to do with the dollar, which of course is far less important than the euro in terms of our trade.
