EU Referendum 23rd June 2016 declares Cameron
BBC
Britain will vote on whether to remain in the EU on Thursday 23 June, Prime Minister David Cameron has said.
The prime minister made his historic announcement in Downing Street after briefing the cabinet.
He said he would be campaigning to remain in a reformed EU - and described the vote as one of the biggest decisions "in our lifetimes".

From what i've seen, it's a garbage deal and we are tied to too much alignment with the EU in an attempt to keep us from being economic competitors anchored in their back yard - something that terrifies them. Especially if we pivot, as i hope we do, to the United States.

I fancy there will be second referendum..

No Deal
BJ's Deal
Remain

Though it would not surprise me to remove the brexit option and have just BJ Deal or Remain.

The country is about to move to the right. TBP will soon consistently be the 2/3 largest political block in the next two years, if not before.

If No Deal stays on the cards..that is what will be chosen.

I tend to agree:

Either we're ALL equal, OR some are more equal than others. Not possible to have it both ways.

ALL means ALL, not SOME; SOME, means SOME, not ALL.

Which one of the two sets do people put themselves in? Why that and not the other set?

Well 17.5 million people have been ignored so why should'nt a mob of screeching soppy cunts recieve the same treatment?

The DUP are gonna support another referendum as Johnson chucked them under a bus.

Sovereignty is more important to them than brexit.

The numbers are there for it now.

Can't wait to see Mark Francois explode.

Can someone explain this to me like I'm a 5 year old.... Saw Farage on TV saying that Boris's deal is exactly the same as May's bar a few slight amendments and it's only Brexit in name thus not allowing a trade deal for years, keeping us tied to EU laws and basically costing the UK 39 billion for the privilege of basically er still being tied to the EU.

Then the deal is voted out but those that want to stay in the EU and the result is cheered outside by those that want to stay in the EU.

So one the one hand Farage wants Brexit but doesn't want the deal, but those that want to stay in the EU don't want the deal either??!?!?

How come there's only 2 weeks to discus it? I thought we'd had 3 years. What stopped the debate/review?

There's nothing to stop these cunts making more and more amendments which will tie up Brexit even more.
Parliament won't stop now until there's a "confirmatory" 2nd referendum.

The Withdrawal Agreement Bill will be a massive document when alls said and done. Trying to rush it through in two weeks was always impossible.

I was in John Lewis waiting for goods when the result came out. I looked around the room and pretty much all were simply shaking there heads and muttering.

I’d be all I favour if a second referendum now. Remain would get hosed. This is all working against them now. People will vote with emotion, and you can’t sell remain. However, I’m opposed to any sort of referendum, as there is not a cat in hells chance it would be enacted were Leave to win again. Which they surely would.

Parliament is pulling the country apart at the seems. It’s an absolute disgrace.

Who here would be surprised at another Joe Cox event? Not many I’d wager.

We have gone down a dark rabbit hole now. Thank fuck the majority are keeping broadly silent. That can’t last much longer I suspect.

Dark days ahead. Very, very dark days.

"Government source tells me the letter is being sent tonight but from UKREP (UK Brussels Embassy to EU) rather than the PM himself. Can’t see that will make any difference to the EU27"

Apparently same person sent last two extension letters too.

Saves fannying around monday in court.
