I've been checking out the exchange thing on the official site but keeps saying i don't have the privilege as not a member - is it open to general public or will there be a time line where it drops down to general?

thanks for that boy, makes ticket exchange a possibility right up to that morning.
I wonder if you can just buy exchange tickets at the ticket office without the need of the website.

if you buy tickets on ticket exchange of the morning of the match they have to be collected from the ticket office. I imagine you have to bring email confirmation or ref number?
