Congratulations to money, I meant Man City.
As no one else is going to make an effort I thought I'd do it they have been brilliant in the Prem this season apart from a few recent horrors and although it is mostly down to their very rich owners buying some truly wonderful players and even though some of their fans are plastic I would rather them win it than Chelski or Manure, probably because they are newer to the Capitalist King pin footy clique mob .
So Congrats to the Shitteh

Re: Congratulations to money, I meant Man City.
It’s not comparable at all
Wolves have spent about £30m on players over a couple of seasons , Cardiff and Fulham who I don’t imagine have spent much at all are 2 & 3
Apart from a tiny club like Burton I’d reckon every other team in the division would be aiming for the playoffs at least.

Apart from Leicester who has won the league without buying it?

I don't begrudge City at all, proper club who have had their ups and downs and have mostly lived in the shadow of their neighbour. Better them than Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool or Manc Utd.

It’s getting like that now where champ clubs have wealthy investors taking them over and pumping sums of money most champ teams can only dream of in to squads- some have probably spent more than us in the last 2 years...

Middlesbrough spent 32 million just on strikers last summer.

I love Man City winning it at the moment because you don't really get Man City fans walking around where you live. Unlike Man Utd and Liverpool who have an admiral of cunts all over the country.

And worse, generally most of the people not from Manchester or Liverpool that support them are utter, utter cunts of people.

However, if Man City keep winning it then prepare to see the same cunts popping up all over the country with their shirts on. People that tell you their great granddad once bought a pint for Franny Lee and all that bollocks.

Wolves have run ahead with Chinese money but you are talking peanuts compared to the EPL
And the gap between haves and have nots is bridgeable on the pitch

The Championship is dominated by money.

Re: Congratulations to money, I meant Man City.
Apart from the freakish Leicester season all major leagues are about one team with a lot of money beating another team with a lot of money.
The only pleasure in the Premier league top of the table is the utter misery of fans of teams like Man U, Chelsea and Arsenal when their teams don't win EVERYTHING as they are obviously entitled to.

As usual the Championship is again the most interesting competitive division.

Re: Congratulations to money, I meant Man City.
Couldn’t really give a shit who wins it if not us, the only side that deserves more respect for winning it is Leicester who did it on a budget and in belief in themselves, and it still pisses me that it wasn’t us the produced that stunning season.

Be interesting to see if the curse of being the winning manager repeats next season for Pep??? Look back at the past few years and every manager since Ferguson won it with ManU has either been sacked didn’t get the contract renewed, still waiting to see what happens with Conte of course but all the rumours are he is off at the end of the season, either by his own choice or the sack!

Happy for the real Man City fans who were 30,000 + in the third tier. Can't stand Liverpool, Chelsea or Man Utd. Utter cunts the lot of them.

Re: Congratulations to money, I meant Man City.
I'm pleased for city winning the title. previously to the last 5 or so years they were aa club similar to west ham, with real supporters and no delusions of grandeur. i've always had a soft spot for them when they were underdogs like us and sunderland too who were always in the shadow of those delusional geordies. proper working class clubs.
it all makes a great change from manu, chelsea etc winning the league/cups etc every bloody year.
in an ideal world, i'd love tottenham to finish 4th and Arsenal to win the europa league and nick their cl spot.
or better still for them to be relegated. i know, it's wishful dreaming.

“Buying the League.”

Well you can be sure as shit that’s one accusation we never be able to accuse our current ownership of.!

As for Man City. They are the most palatable of any of the so call top 6 . By a country mile. I’ll take them winning the title any day of the week.
