The 'Unspoken' reasons why we are terrible
Other than the obvious recent mistakes from the board and our weird UFO stadium, below are the unspoken reasons of why we are terrible:

1. Sale of Tomkins - West Ham lad through and through, Billic should of said no to his sale to relegation rivals Palace. He has been a rock for them in the second half of the season. With our dodgy defense, he could of been a presence.

2. Training ground - looking at other team's training grounds in the PL, there is no doubt that our temporary classroom-esque training ground is woeful. Is this preventing our current squad from reaching a higher level of standard?

3. Missing out on high-potential signings in the last few seasons to close rivals - Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Nathan Ake, Begovic, Chris Woods, Maguire, Robertson, Van Dijk, Butland, Shelvey, Ritchie - all players we have been linked with numerous times.

4. Being defensive whilst conceding tons of goals - maybe not very unpsoken, but my word where is our attacking fight? The best form of defense could be to not have the ball bouncing around our box 75% of the time, get Chica on, play 4 at the back and start attacking!

5. Extreme loyalty to Noble and Kouyate - one can pass, one can't, one can move, one can't. neither can dribble very well. I love Nobes, not so keen on Kouyate, but we need some drive and footballing ability in the middle of the park. Maybe Rice should be our 'Mr. West Ham' now. Noble son, get coaching.
