I haven't seen it mentioned but if it has apologies,at the end of the game yesterday Arnie came over to my side of the pitch (gate g) and took off his boots and gave them to a young child that was his old mans shoulders,a touch of class there in my opinion

Perhaps the kid is a budding Kanu, who had size 15 feet when they had finished growing.

I wouldn't be at all surprised (as others have said) if Arnie moves on in the summer.... we are sure to get offers and who could blame him if he decides to go.

A nice touch for sure, but he needs to be a bit more sensible. Given his criticality to the team in the run-in, to voluntarily do a barefoot 2.4km walk back to the pitch is reckless in my opinion.

Probably realised after a weeks training with Moyes and our performance yesterday he doesn’t actually need boots to play in this team.

A nice gesture yes, but can we not go all overboard with this, he just walked a few hundred meters and gave his boots to a kid.
