Rob

Understand why you Fenians hate the English, but as an Englishman understand my hatred of your mob and laughter at your cynical aspirations to the ENGLISH league - not like a Celt to drop his values for money is it?

Never happening, so congratulations on winning the pub league, of which ...

The Louden is my drinkery of choice in Glasgow, had a few good nights in there, once I sorted out that I was not Chelsea

That aside, both Glasgow clubs are enormous, Atlantic League concept the best hope for you both

Lost 1-0 to some parttimers from Gibraltar a few seasons back. Absolutely gash standard of fitba ken?

I'm pulling ye plonker, I actually couldn't care any less about Scottish football. Flicking through yesterday hungover to shit, I watched 10 minutes of the Scottish Prem play-off final, and it was genuinely some of the worst football I've ever seen. Kouyate would've looked like the second coming of Xavi if he'd been playing.

How so? That Celtic can’t compete with the money in the premiership?

Rangers and Celtic will never be allowed into English leagues because the fans care more about religion.

Are they entering the Essex Sunday League next year for a challenge?

Re: Celtic's double treble
Well matching Celtic's results against foreign opposition is a more realistic way of assessing Rodgers' capabilities than just gloating about a club whose opposition would generally be at mid table Championship 1 level.

Rodgers has a long way to go before he can be compared with Ferguson/Souness let alone Jock Stein.

Celtic's best players get bought by the likes of Southampton.

Comma

Like beating Anderlecht away from home? A narrow 2-1 defeat against semi finalists bayern ?

Or last year with a draw at gladbach and 2 draws with man city?

Well we smashed Rodger's Liverpool team on his own patch a couple of seasons ago :-)

Re: Celtic's double treble
Surely the real way to benchmark Rodgers is to look at Celtic's results against teams from other national leagues.

Don't blame Celtic for years of mismanagement at Rangers, they can only beat what's put in front of them

Re: Celtic's double treble
Their only rival rebuilding with a long way to go, they persistently beat a few teams the size of Leyton Orient every year.

I'm not a fan of Celtic although many of my relatives support them. They are too hostile to Britain and supportive of terrorists to be considered a British team. They should be made to play their games in an Irish league in Dublin or somewhere.

Spent 5 discussing with my mates who we thought would win the Scottish league next year.

Then we spent 45 debating who the blackest spice girl was

Re: Celtic's double treble
I don't want Rangers & Celtic anywhere near English football.

Keep the bigotry and all that Irish/British crap away.

Rangers fans seem to think us English give a shit about Being British but we don't while Celtic call themselves Irish, play in Scotland but want to play in England.

Liverpool & Man Utd would lose 10 percent of their fan bases if Celtic came in as the Irish would have to choose to follow one team.

Brendan Rodgers is a good manager but the fact that the likes of Ronny Deila & Gordon Strachan can win leagues in Scotland shows that anyone can.

Fuck both the Bigot brothers.

Re: Celtic's double treble
You beat what is in front of you but to be honest they shouldn’t lose any game in that country playing a bunch of pub teams.
The standard of Scottish footballers is shocking at the moment.
Anyone who is playing in the Scottish game who wants a serious career should leave.
Dembele and Tierney are two maybe.
It’s a world where Scott Brown is captain and Craig Gordon is regarded as a decent keeper.
