Robert Snodgrass, an unlikely contributor to the forthcoming season?
To be honest I had forgotten we'd only loaned Snodgrass to Villa, now he is back in the fold.

Pellegrini has played him in both preseason fixtures to date, against Wycombe he showed all the failings of previous outings shying over when it seemed easier to score.

Does Robert stand a chance of making the cut in our much enlarged and improved squad or are we getting him fit to sell?

"Robert Snodgrass, he's a gas gas gas," to Jumping Jack Flash might work.

We might get into trouble singing that at Tottenham, though.

I loved how he stroked the ball into the net with hardly any back lift, with the power it went in with you would have thought he pulled his leg back a mile.

Robert isn't quite first name on the team sheet however, he's moving up the ladder.
Of players currently available mine would go something like this;

1 Noble
2 Fab
3 Anderson
4 Rice
5 Snodgrass
6 Zab
7 Hernandez
8 Diop
9 Balbuena
10 Antonio
11 Cresswell
12 Masuaku
13 Obiang
14 Carroll
15 Ogbonna
16 Diagana
17 Adrian

He's deserving of all these plaudits from the West Ham fans, though the media aren't quite onto it yet.

I'm delighted for him, and as everyone else, I love how this is sticking a fist up the Brady's and the Sullivans' arseholes.

He's been great this season. He can spot a pass. Uses the ball well. Makes good runs. Works very hard. Gets stuck-in. Whips-in a great ball. Scores some crackers with his left peg.

He might be a tad slow but he's a clever player who grafts and is a proper team player to boot.

If you wanna say Spice Girls in a Scottish accent, just say “space ghettos” in an American accent.

So glad the bloke is embarrassing Tits MaGee with style - the classless, talentless hanger-on cunt. Don’t hold your breath waiting for an apology mind.
