insufficient grounds for dismissal suggests they would of liked to of got rid of him but will wait for another opportunity instead.

Insufficient grounds for dismissal?
Were there ANY grounds for dismissal?
Just because the media and anti-racism groups say the DFLA are believed to be a far right racist group, obsessed with muslims, doesn't mean it's true.
When you read the agenda and list of points and questions handed to number 10 and New Scotland Yard, and you actually look at all the people marching together, it is 100% clear that the issues transcend left, right and centre, and don't just focus on muslims, but also defending Windrush families and, point 1, demanding an investigation into the missing smoking gun files relating to paedos in Westminster/Whitehall.
The only inquest I'd like done is in to why every mainstream media outlet ignored these non far right non-muslim bashing points, even though they are stated clearly on their Facebook page. It was the reason for the march, so you would have thought one outlet might have read the letter that was being delivered on the day in question and reported on it.

Perhaps the board can now move on to investigating the relationship of Ms K Brady with the TOXIC 'Sir' Phillip Green That is just as damaging as this case for the clubs reputation
Suspension while this is investigated is only fair

“insufficient grounds for dismissal.”
They were desperate to sack him.

That will have gutted the spivs and Brady that they had no grounds to get rid of him.

Perhaps now he will concentrate on his job and realise that LIKING posts by Katie Hopkins about Eastern European defenders of the white Christian lifestyle might be misinterpreted. Like it or not he is representing the club in all his utterances but he is entitled to make them privately to his own social circle. Putting them online or in writing is just dumb. Am sure he has been made aware of that.

I was wondering what happened with this.
All the right wing snowflakes on here at the time complaining.
Just like others said on here at the time, he clearly didn't do anything wrong attending a march but tweeting about it potentially was in breach of his contract, the Club didn't have much choice but to suspend the bloke given the media coverage, they've concluded what he didn't isn't sackable but he has been given a final written warning meaning he is considered to have broken some of the terms of his employment contract and he's doing some training to address that - presumably it involves sitting in a room for 24 hours with a flat screen TV with large flashing letters DONT MAKE SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS THAT CAN FUCK YOURSELF OVER MARK.
The Club acted entirely appropriately. All the grief they were getting on here at the time was bollocks.

Probably best if he lays off the social media as he won’t be as lucky the next time.
