Raspberry lavatories
I read somewhere the other day, summat about someone getting the hump about an apparently able bodied bloke using a disabled toilet, and someone pointed out "not all disabilities are visible".

But how does this work regarding shithouses?

What would prevent someone with a non visible disability from using a regular WATER CLOSET?

Re: Raspberry lavatories
I use spakka bogs all the time, more space to sit and have a big shit whilst having a read. Also more space to hang your coat and shopping bags up if needed.

Re: Raspberry lavatories
Interesting thread...no really. Im one of the "Not all disabilities...etc" brigade, due to not only having to shit in a bag, but piss in one an all....im special me! Didnt ask to be disabled, but apparently thats what I am! Anyway regarding disabled bogs, I only really use if I have to do a bag change, cos its nice to have the room and is a fucking pain trying to do it in a normal one...and trust me you wouldnt want to use a normal bog after I have had an emergency!!!!! People can take the piss all they like, but it is true..."the not all visible bit", cos you wouldnt know unless I showed you and the amount of funny looks ive had the last few years.

Re: Raspberry lavatories
I work in a public building on the South Bank and the disabled toilets are always in a shocking state...the poor cleaning staff need more than the basic equipment to get one of those back in working order after a busy day...

I would give them a pay rise on the spot

Our one doubles as a fucking bidet! Had a go on it one time - this little attachment arm thing extended towards my Gary like something out of war of the worlds. I jumped up and wiped my arse the normal way, gave me a bit of a fright tbh

1.2 million wheelchair users in the UK. So less than 2% of the population. If normal bogs are filled I very much doubt if I empty my bowels in one of their khazis they'll be a queue of chairs waiting for me to finish my shit.

You could have a spastic card. Something that guarantees you access to disability services and benefits?
