PGA Championship
No thread on this yet?????

He's clearly playing like me, but I couldn't resist a couple of quid on speith as he was 50/1, along with the fairly obvious koepka seeing as he seems to only turn up for majors.

And of course Rose, as always do him.

Re: PGA Championship
Great final round drama.

All credit to Johnson for going for the win over the last four holes instead of playing safe. He had nothing to lose because second place was virtually assured the way those behind him had fallen away.

The Ryder Cup will be interesting there in 2024.

Re: PGA Championship
Definitely, although to be fair, the final total that DJ has posted is exceptional too. The pressure just told at the end.

Re: PGA Championship
the way he played the first couple of rounds, he deserves to win

Re: PGA Championship
DJ was playing with a freedom until it became serious and then he fucked up. Koepka was gone had DJ been able to par out.

One shot lead now. Though DJ’s just put himself in a tricky situation. I was planning on having an early night...

Re: PGA Championship
I totally agree. If he goes on to win this tournament, as he should, Koepka will have won 4 out of the last 9 majors I think. That’s incredible at any time, let alone right now where there are so many outstanding players around.

He’s just ridiculously focused and driven to win majors. Which any top golfer has to be.

Re: PGA Championship
Nothing about him as I've never really understood the robot comments abiutnsome golfers, not as if many of them nowadays do anything other than try to get I'd done.

The boring part is that almost the entire rest of the field have played poorly and so it's been a procession.

Re: PGA Championship
All a bit harsh on Koepka. When Tiger was destroying the opposition years ago it was considered phenomenal. Give this guy some credit

Re: PGA Championship
Would Matt Wallace finishing in the top three be good for you by any chance?!
