My neighbours massive fucking tree
... has grown so much in last few years that it covers most of my garden, for most of the afternoon, all summer...

Don’t wanna fall out ... but fuck sake

Do I go full English and just let it go or cunt him in the bastard next opportunity?

Furnish me with your ways of persuasion..

Troy,

Overhanging Branches
If the branches of a neighbour’s tree start to grow over to your side, you can cut them back to the boundary point between you and your neighbour’s property, as long as the tree is not under a tree preservation order. If it is, you’ll need to seek further clarification. However, the branches and any fruit on them which you may have cut down on your side still belong to the tree owner so they can ask you to return them.

Go next door and tell him your playboy bunny niece and her gorgeous girlfriend are moving in and your so happy that his tree is there because they like to run around naked and they fuck a lot so the tree will stop him from being disturbed.

Would be handy if you identified the species of the fucking thing.

That would give you some idea as to age, potential future growth e

Re: My neighbours massive fucking tree
It's not as simple as strolling round and inflicting damage. I'd have to scale a large wooden fence, under the cover of darkness, armed with my weapons/poisons of choice.

Think I'll just have a word... Just need to try and steer the conversation to sunshine/sunbathing and make it seem like a casual observation.
