Just looked up 'Wilshere' he only played 125 games for Arse in 10 years. FMOB.

Simon - Nah, still missing the final pass way too often and some abysmal passing and knocked off the ball too easily. But overall decent first season don't get me wrong but need to see more this season or he will be benched.

zeb, I think they might use them in training and friendly games but can't say I've seen them wearing them in prem league games?

GPS trackers.
Rugby has used these for ages. They monitor how much running the players do and how fast they go in sprints. It means that the coaches can tell when players are getting tired and sub them.
Also handy for all sorts of other things (work rate/fitness monitoring etc.).

And that was Fornals still to come.

Anderson is our best player I reckon.

Wilshire and Yarmolenko linked up well. I looked at that team the other night, and thought if they stay fit, and that’s a big if, and one other up top, we should be in for a decent season.

A fully fit Wilshire is arguably our best player?

Wilshere looked good in the highlights

Re: Rheindirf v West Ham
What were the players wearing on their backs, just below their necks, under their shirts?

Rectangular boxes, about 1" square by 3" or 4".

Visible here for Diop and especially Lanzini, but they were all wearing one

Remote controls, or sensors for health monitoring?

You're thinking on China, Joe.

Both of them were in Austria (presumably to pick up the cones and collect bibs).

Only caught the beginning and then the highlights but looked a decent run-out for a few people.

We continue being decent on corners and crosses, I can see why we are going for the strikers we (reportedly) are.

Very deep squad with everyone healthy at present, see if we can come together defensive better and maybe an addition or two.

Gaffer shook my hand after the game. Good bloke.

This place is in the arse end of nowhere though. I’m not surprised many didn’t come.

Yarmolenko’s first game.

Fucking great to see him back. I’m not sure how good he’ll ever be though
