You can get rid of the infection but your docs might be toast.

If you need the docs then you need to either pay up ( no guarantee you won't get ripped off) or sit and wait and hope someone comes up with a decryptor. I'd probably leave the infection on there if you're planning on exploring either of these options and unplug it from the network.

Ransomware is a real cunt. Good luck.
