I’m in a group of 3 and we download and email the pdf tickets every time one of us can’t make it. Works a treat.

I forwarded a ticket last year and it worked. I believe it automatically turned child tickets into adult tickets without paying to upgrade. That may be why it was disabled

worked OK for me, if the download option doesn't appear you need to ring the ticket office and get them to activate it

Re: ticket forwarding
you can only download them now which sends the pdf of your ticket to your email then you can forward that on to whoever is having it
