Man wins women’s cycling world championship
Complete joke.

In 5 years, all women’s sporting world champions will be biologically men.

Always tampons have had to remove the venus female symbol from their products to avoid offence.

If someone has had a cock-ectomy and is taking medication to reduce their testosterone below an acceptable level you can almost make an argument for them to compete.
If someone is just going to identify as a woman then it’s a nonsense.
And what happens to all the THEY’s following Sam Smith?
Compete in both .... or neither?

Re: Man wins women’s cycling world championship
Sports administrators have dug themselves into a hole on this subject, hoping to look cool and modern and at the same time avoid possible litigation. However they are at risk of destroying their own respective female sports. There may be a few difficult cases like Semanya, but unless they go back to identifying the sexes by exterior genitalia, which is by far the simplest method, every athlete will need to be gender-tested and spectators will lose interest due to obvious unfairness.

“When human sex determination works, men have one X chromosome and one Y chromosome, and women have two X chromosomes.

Sometimes, it doesn't work, and you get people who are apparently male, but have an XX pattern, and people who are apparently female, but have an XY pattern.

Forgive me if I don't reply to supplementaries, but I've something that I need to do.”

None of this, absolutely none of it has anything to do with this thread or transgenders. Transgender is based entirely on personal choice and has absolutely nothing to do with chromosomes. That’s the whole fucking point of it.

Poorly digested dictionaries make bad meals.

I'm not obsfucating, I'm dealing with a related question.

I am currently reading Douglas Murray’s “The Madness of Crowds.”

It is very good, so far. I’m confident it will remain so until the last page.

The Guardian review dismissed it as a right wing diatribe, which is as snidely unfair as you’d probably guess.

Re: Man wins women’s cycling world championship
He’s also further obfuscating by bringing god, something he doesn’t believe in, into a man winning a woman’s cycling race.

The thinking is muddy to say the least.

Re: Man wins women’s cycling world championship
I’ll elaborate. He’s obfuscating by conflating two completely separate things. A tiny minority of people with chromosomal abnormalities which makes their gender unclear and means they don’t fit into male or female chromosomal norms, and people who choose their gender regardless of their chromosomes.

Re: Man wins women’s cycling world championship
It is all relevant to my first sentence which you left out.

And that's relevant to all the rest.

If there were hard fast natural lines between men and women, no-one would have started questioning them.

But there aren't. Nature is a mess. And human beings have to endeavour to sort it out.

If you think God is behind nature, then he's behind the mess.

Could you elaborate a bit on what you mean, in plain English? Are you implying that there are people who’s chromosomes make them 75% woman but 25% men? As in geezerbirds?

I’m not having a pop, am genuinely curious

“5 in a million people are XY females, 25 in a million are XX males, by external genitalia.

Not counting all those where the external genitalia are ambiguous.

Humans don't come in just two sexual varieties. If sex is divinely assigned, and there are only supposed to be two, then God is fucking up at distinctly, er, unsupernatural rate.”

Not one word of that is relevant given that this man had to do to compete in the women’s tournament was to say he was a woman. The fact that his chromosomes mark him out as a man don’t even come into it.

If "God" didn't make mistakes, this probably would never have started.

This trans cobblers isnt going anywhere anytime soon. Martina Navaratolva spoke of her concerns regarding men participating in womens sport and was called out straight away as being trans phobic. And when you consider that this whole gender fluid bollox is being encouraged in primary schools where head teachers are primarily left wing nutjobs the future is looking bleak. Same as uni's that are full of people who love all this shit, lets hope these are not the politicians of tomorrow.

Take a look at some of Dougla Murray's or Brendan o Neils stuff on you tube. We live in strange times.

This is ridiculous, someone who is born a man and without female reproductive body parts cannot be a woman, any doctor worth two pence would tell anyone this.

The people who decide these things PC wankers are turning the world into a joke, why not have a Transgender games???.
