Hammers United Letter to EUFA.
West Ham refusing to meet with Supporters bodies.
We continue our campaign to get West Ham round the table. Remember, out of the 91 league clubs, only West Ham United and Hull City refuse to meet their supporters.
Below is a link to letter we have sent to UEFA. We have written similar letters to The Premier League and DCMS as West Ham are also ignoring their laid down guidelines.
We have the full support of the Football Supporters Association and already 2 MPs have promised support. We will get support in the Press and on radio.
We really need the support of the West Ham family. Success would not only mean Hammers United at the negotiating table but would lead the way for other democratic West Ham fan groups. Perhaps then we could look at some sort of umbrella group to raise issues with the club and hopefully work together to improve things for West Ham supporters.
We ask our members to please support us in every way. Those who haven’t joined yet it would be great to have you alongside us.
You can join on Facebook, using the join form on our website ( www.hammersunited.com/join ) or by e-mailing us at membership@hammersunited.com
Thank You.
The full letter can be read at www.hammersunited.com/west-ham-refusing-to-engage-with-sup…/

Peckham-As you know there are a million things, most of which could possibly be resolved by them talking to us.-But our members instructed us to work on 3 flagship points.1.stewarding.We have completed our Stewarding initiative and it has been well received by supporters and used by a number of supporters.2.Stadium.This has been difficult but we are now getting somewhere.3.Investment in the playing squad. We had to wait and see how things went cos some(not H.U.)argued the club had spent enough. This now clearly isn't the case so we will be campaigning. We do as our members instruct us.

Spending big in January isn´t the time. The most inflated window.
Are HU as a collective group behind the Manager?
Apart from wishing them to spend big in January, what else is on the top of Hammers United concerns?
COYIs

Peckham.Hammers United is campaigning for talks with the Board and for them to spend considerable sums in January.-But there comes a time when we will have to give the club a deadline whereby we will have to take action.-They will leave us with no choice.

Re: Hammers United Letter to EUFA.
Never mind letters to Uefa , they are as useless as the board.
I am a strong believer the pen is mightier than the sword. But not with this lot, not the corporate cunts on West Hams board.
Proof was in the pudding it took mainly one man - Mr Bubbles to bring change and the loyal vocal choir forcing the board to leave the game.

Not a fan originally of HU , only due to thinking what was wrong with WHUISA, you both are carrying out similar incentives after seeing both websites.
Now if 5000 signed up to WHUISA , that would have united alot of hammers.

If HU is not interested in getting rid of the board and prefers to work with them to achieve solving problems and keep hold of our old school support, can retractable seating, some engineering miracle to get bums closer to the pitch and a family area be discussed, leaving other areas more relaxed for our more vocal and passionate support.

HU has support and association with Hammers Chat, Sex Drugs and Carlton, WHFTV, Kumb and more.

If a march can not be organised may I suggest this ,
http://www.davidgold.co.uk/mr-golds-garden-open-to-all-2

A sit down protest in David Golds garden ( he states it is open to all).

A brainstorming sit down demanding answers on how to make that stadium a football stadium and a more intimidating place for opponents to play. Frankly pick n mix is not the solution.

Ideally I wish all Hammers United in forcing the board to sell up to those with next level cash and for the cunts to concede they cant do the job on their finances or greed.

Commercially sensitive?

Do me a favour. There’s currently no business case at all to do anything with the seats at the Olympic Stadium. Who’s going to come from nowhere and start flinging money about for no reason?

Drawing more pictures about how it could look is not going to change anything.

It also won’t bring the majority of the seats i.e those in the upper tier closer to the pitch is it so it’ll always be a soulless atmosphere vacuum.

Huffers, Gavros simply offered to help. Anyone is welcome to do so as there is loads to be done. Do get in touch if you can help or at the very least join the group and ask your friends and family to.

2.Distance of seats from the pitch.working hard behind the scenes.Getting somewhere but takes time

Interesting. Can you expand on that? Hopefully it's not just the squaring off of the Bobby Moore

There is a lot of work going on to solve this. Cant elaborate much more at the moment but its taking up a lot of time and energy at the moment, and can i ask that anyone we've shared information with keeps this confidential and it is commercially sensitive.

Chav , I admire what you’re doing and my hat goes off to you. Being involved in the brown out demos years ago I know how much work goes into what you’re doing so please don’t take this in anyway knocking you.

I think you’re fucked when it comes to organising demos and that’s because of the debacle that went on before. I’ve never been so embarrassed by the clubs fans as I was last time when people were being threatened by other fans just for wanting to march. A lot of harm was done and it’ll take a lot of work to get everybody singing from the same song sheet again no matter how bad things are at the club.

Good luck and I hope you succeed in getting the goals you have set.

Re: Hammers United Letter to EUFA.

Just watched Hammers Chat take on the match.Good guys, clearly care about West Ham ,-Been trying to get them to support us,unsuccessfully so far

.I think the obvious problem is the manager.-Probably not up for the challenge, lets face it we pulled him out of semi retirement. But who employed him?-The main problem about Gold and Sullivan is that they are only in it for the money and dont give a fuck about the fans and destroying our heritage ,whilst at the same time wont spend the neccessary money(25 million this year). But there is another problem apart from them having short arms and long pockets.-They have proved time and time again that they havnt got a scoobies how to run a football club.-They DID spend money on Pellegrini but this was a mistake.

Hammers United are now getting pressurised into protesting but I say this.We are campaigning for the club to speak to the democratically elected fans bodies,as they should. We hope they listen but of course If they dont then we will have to protest in some way.-We will have no-where else to go.

We were mandated by our members to pursue 3 'flagship points.1.Stewarding.-Done.2.Distance of seats from the pitch.working hard behind the scenes.Getting somewhere but takes time.3.Encouraging the Board to spent decent transfer budget..Some supporters thought(not H.U.)the spend was adequate. We could hardly protest about that till we saw how it panned out.-It is now clear that expenditure was insufficient. We must campaign hard now for funds to be made available for players and if results do not improve soon for funds to be made available to replace the manager.

So we campaign on 2 fronts. If the club do not respond positively then there is no course left but to take action.-We will have to either put up or shut up.Make no mistake we need all our members, and many others to support these 2 campaigns.-And if necessary to take action.I believe that the fanbase has one last fight in it.-One last chance to take our club back. These campaigns and if necessary action cannot fail.If it comes to action we will need 20,000.No fucking about,no failure.-So if it comes to that we must be ready,-Failure is not an option.-And the time is not yet right.-Though depending on the club's reaction it may be fast approaching!

There has been a massive flag being moved along the east stand last season. Can't remember how many games, not many. Not been seen since
