In the Bostic prem,you have to get used to being,hit, kicked,and forearm smashed,at every corner.all just part of the game.refs are weak,turn a blind eye to most of it.

Nastiest injury I ever saw a keeper have was a bloke who played for the Post Office... took a volley in the nuts and it pushed his testicle up inside his groin... he never moved from the moment it happened until the ambulance took him away... game abandoned

Lawrie LESLIE died a few monthe back,in his youth he was a robust barrel chested type who stood at 1.87m,the laast time i met him at a reunion ,he was a frail diminutive fellow.

but the love and great memories of him live on
