Selling on Ticket Exchange/Club Cash

I sold my ticket to the Palace home game in October on ticket exchange. I was under the impression that the money would get credited to my account as 'Club Cash' at leastthat is how it worked last season.
Today is the first time i have logged onto the ticketing site since i sold the Palace ticket and i was going to use the Club Cash to buy my West Brom ticket but the system is telling me my Club Cash balance is zero.
Tried wiping my nob on the screen but it still says zero. Anyone had this before or know who i need to speak to get this sorted out?

Yes it sold, which is why i started my post with ‘i sold my ticket to the Palace home game’
i got an e-mail confirming it had been been sold but no money has been credited to my Club Cash balance which is showing as zero. I’ve now spoken to the ticket office who have confirmed it sold and they have also confirmed my club cash balance is zero and they have no idea why. They are looking into it and will call me back when they’ve figured it out.
This has nothing to do with not being able to use the club cash to buy cup tickets (which i didn’t know until today and is a fucking piss take - but that’s a different conversation

That's not the issue though, it's the fact his balance shows fuck all.
Although the cunt still hasn't told us if the ticket even sold.

I had the same problem. Apparently you can't use Club Cash for FA Cup games so have to use credit/debit card,

same response as bigst - Did it actually sell?
You can list your ticket and you get confirmation email, but you wont get any 'club cash' unless you get a follow up email when some poor unfortunate soul decides to purchase it.
I couldn't make last game, tried listing a few days before but it never sold, would have rather given it to someone if i'd known.
