Re: Accountants!
Go onto the Companies House website and put in your company name:

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/

That will tell you when for both things.

Get yourself a Companies House userid - which is your email address and a password and they'll send you a confirmation email to confirm.

Get yourself a company authentication code - request one and they will post it to the company's registered address. Then you will be able to file the Confirmation Statement and the Annual Accounts (not returns) online.

For the confirmation statement - just follow the online forms that tell you what to fill in.

For the annual accounts - you will need to file accounts which assuming that you are a micro company means producing a balance sheet. You can do that online as well.

However - you will also have to produce a much fuller set of accounts and submit to HMRC for Corporation Tax. If you've had revenue in and nothing out then you'll be making a profit that you will be taxed on!! So start spending to get rid of the profit.

Started autumn last year

Profit is peanuts

Very small and would have been dormant but for a few transactions. Hoping to ramp it up this year.

David Sullivan would have no use for an accountant.

A cunt count? Maybe, but fucked if I can see him forking out for somebody making money off him.

The last tax year started on 6 April 2018 and ended on 5 April 2019.

Did you start after that date?

If you go onto the HMRC website the dates/details will be on your account summary. This is providing you have a Gateway/Password ID ?

Depending on that answer you might need to do several things.
