I was planning to go to Yeovil v Barnet this afternoon, but before i set off I checked the YT website to discover the game was off. Apparently some Barnet lads had gone into self-isolation. You just can't win.

I recently went to an Isthmian league match for the first time in donkeys years, the standard is obviously lacking in some aspects but not that bad and quite entertaining, over 700 attended so a bit of an atmosphere. Will go again, especially now. Local team is top of the league so some important games coming up

Done a bit of ground hopping of late. Went to Dover a few weeks back, and was at Lewes on Wednesday night.

I can’t see why these games are on, and the Isthmian league is off.

Can be very entertaining, from time to time I watch Dover Athletic who play and 6,000 capacity Crabble Stadium.

In the top ten knocking on the door of the play offs. all full time pros many with league experience.
