This could be the first time
Its never happened before,
In all our years as a football club.
Has a West Ham contracted player been transferred to
Arsenal.
When one looks at the wonderful footballers that have played for us,its an amazing fact that apart from the rare occasion that players have been linked to joining
Arsenal directly from West Ham,a tranfer has never happened.

Now there is a very strong possibility that Issa DIOP
could be on his way to the Gunners.
The Managers of the two clubs have discussed the possibility and it looks like a move is on the cards.

DIOP will not be joining the gooners,
he will go to whoever will offer upwards of
80 mill for him probably manu or leicester,
Arsenals job is to push up the price

Re: THIS COULD BE THE FIRST TIME
they were not Hammers players when they joined their new clubs,

millwall, thames ironworks, spurs and arsenal were amongst a band of clubs involved in the dinamics of this time

faulty forty.

i dont know for certain whether you are a moron
or not.

but i certainly believe that yours is not the behaviour
that i expect from a real West Ham supporter.
you are both rude and out of order and show the integrity
of our current owners.

Re: THIS COULD BE THE FIRST TIME
No-one said that both the Satterthwaite brothers were West Ham players.

And if you're saying that (Woolwich) Arsenal POACHED the three players who actually went from West Ham to (Woolwich) Arsenal, what kind of GENTLEMAN'S agreement allows the poaching of players, but not their legitimate transfers?

Your whole thesis is a load of made-up bollocks. Like 90% of the stuff you post.

Re: THIS COULD BE THE FIRST TIME
there were two SATTERTHWAITES WHO WERE NOT ACTUALLY West Ham players when they signed for their new clubs and the same situation with the other players that you claim left a West HAM CLUB CONTRACT to sign for another club.

with the greatest respect my friends you need to look at two clubs histories along with three or four other London clubs and also study Liverpools connection with us at least up until ww11

The only way Hugh can claim to be not talking bollocks is to pretend that Woolwich Arsenal was not Arsenal, or that Thames Ironworks was still going in 1902. So it's either bollocks or alternative bollocks.

Re: THIS COULD BE THE FIRST TIME
Diop is a great prospect. Considering he has to play with Masuaku/Cresswell and Fredericks while there is only 1 midfielder with legs in the team I'd say he's done very well. No doubt Moyes will sell both him and Rice asap and replace them with non league players

Re: THIS COULD BE THE FIRST TIME
playing without full backs takes a lot of experience as a defender

Darby_ 1:15 Sun Mar 15
Re: THIS COULD BE THE FIRST TIME
I still think Diop is one for the future. He's only 23.

Arsenal wouldn't be looking at him if he was crap.

pikey,
i dont smoke bacca, its not good for you and is
incredibly bad for your health as well as your purse,
i suggest that you should give it up mate

Re: THIS COULD BE THE FIRST TIME
I don't think Diop is all that anyway so his departure wherever wouldn't worry me.
Alvin Martin,Tony Gale,Billy Bonds,Rio,were all far better.
Even Ogbonna has outperformed Diop this season on a regular basis.
