Picked up some shin beef when the meat shelves were nearly bare.
Didn't realise how good it could be if cooked for long enough.

It gets worse. My multipack Double Decker was barely the size of a Club biscuit.

Less access to cake, pastries and chocolate as not at work with a Café.
The chocolate, biscuits and crisps we do have are also on lockdown, (Mrs has the combination, cos I have no willpower when it comes to snacks)
And every time I open the fridge and it isn't to get ingredients to cook a meal I drop and do 20 press ups.
lost a 1kg in my first week on lockdown.

Surely that should be good? That way you don't have to eat as many Monster Munch.

I can confirm Fo's Monster Munch issue from my latest multipack about 8 pieces per pack is now standard, the might shut down the world and crash the economy for a nasty cold but fucking with our crisps is pushing their luck too far and they think the British public will put up with this?
No, not on your Nellie
It's time for war!

All that spare time not commuting, you should at least be able to knock up a beans-on-toast with a fried egg on top.

There were only eight Monster Munches in the packet I have just eaten. Eight. Let that sink in.

Leftover stir fried chicken, chorizo, peppers and onions and some veg in tortilla for lunch.
Probably beet, smoked mackerel and goat cheese and maybe lentils in a salad for supper.

Crisps and pork scratchings consumption has rocketed. I also find myself wanting a drink most days mostly through boredom come the afternoon. I am WFH on my own so pretty tedious.

Was trying low carb before this all started due to the old T2D but starting to run a little lower on what's in the fridge so having to go with what the neighbour can pick up which means just getting what they can find rather than giving them a list of brands etc which would be taking the piss. Having a chat with my mum's old freezer man but the Lobster and Crab with Fillet Steak seems pricey and extreme!!!!!

Had white pasta and rice for the first time in quite a while last week.
Whole grain stuff back when I did a shop this morning.
Regular market did not come through last week but fresh veg was one of the only things left last week in Aldi.
Usually make my own mayonnaise but still missing eggs, might try the local butcher today.
