Summer squad revamp
Here's who I'd look to get rid of to free up some cash/wages:

Martin - Trott can be 3rd choice keeper this season
Reid - terminate his contract. Waste of a squad number now.
Balbuena - Moyes doesn't rate him, so he'll be off.
Masuaku - awful defender. Better left back required!
Wilshere - time to get this cripple off the wage bill.
Lanzini - not the same player since his long term injury.
Anderson - I'd get rid if we can recoup £20-£25 million for him
Yarmalenko - sell or loan out.
Hugill - sell or loan out.
Ajeti - sell if we can, else loan out.
Haller - I'd get rid if we can recoup £20-£25 million for him.

That's ten squad places alone freed up and kitty of £50-£60 to reinvest on young, hungry preferably British players.

The idiot owners will probably keep Anderson and Haller and sell Rice for £50 million though!

Also, for what we are paying him I would keep Martin.
Trott ended up out of the Wimbledon team so I wouldn't like to rely on him in an emergency. He need to prove himself again so can go out on loan.

Re: Summer squad revamp
I think in an ideal world that is the list that everyone would come up with but I would keep Haller and Hugill.

I would like to see if Haller improves with a second season as there is definitely some talent there and Hugill has scored goals for QPR this season so not a bad 4th choice striker.

Yarma is the other one I'd be tempted to keep but overall is not value for what we pay him.

Sorry, that should have been British based players, like that Algerian lad at Brentford we are rumoured to be in for.

I’d get Ramsdale in, proper competition for Fabianski, who is 35

I wouldn't get rid of Haller or Yarmolenko as I doubt we'd then buy anyone better.

All the others listed in OP can go.

I'd also get rid of Fredericks IF we then get better eg Cash from Forest. And Ben Johnson as back up.

Re: Summer squad revamp
I just read we are looking to offload Yarmalenko, Anderson and Ajeti and would be in for Said Benrahma, the Brentford winger, should Brentford fail to be promoted. He's only 24 so exactly in the right age bracket of players we should be going after.

Promising signs.

I'd keep Haller for another year. Arm and a Lenko is a good back up to Bowen. I would raid the championship for young talent as well. We need a new full back, plus another 2 strikers. I'd bring Diangana back in as well.

I just realised that's 11 players in my list. Says it all that we can field an entire team of deadwood!

Re: Summer squad revamp
Nice ideas in theory, but plenty of the players you name, are on very good wages, which other clubs won't match, so they will stay.

Terminating Reid's contract now will cost us almost £11m.
