Mike Small reminds me of a couple of other one season wonders we signed namely Ted McDougall and Derek Hales.
Scored for fun, signed for us, did fuck all and were on their way after about a season.

Like many west ham players when they first join they perform ok, but then after some time realizing the circus that is west ham United, they become less motivated because of the shit management from top to bottom, whilst still sitting on nice pay Cheques every month

He was £2m and we have well had our money's worth from him.
It is a shame though, what happened to him and Diop? I guess the toxicity of West Ham just poisoned them
