You can't bring Arnie back without also bringing his 'gimme more money' brother so NO thanks!

Have to widen the doors for Payet...and for the Austrians ego.

No thanks.

The sooner payet retires the better then we don’t have to see these threads every transfer window.

id take payet even after what he done to us he is probably the only player i could not hate in them circumstances, dont get me wrong i wanted to kill the cunt at first but even with age i believe he could still perform where as arnie can get fcked

Re: Arnautović & Payet
I'm not necessarily boethered about going back to a player for the second time but it depends entirely on why they left in the first place.

Both left under a cloud and mugged us off big time so they can fuck off.

Re: Arnautović & Payet
Think it is an insult to our current team of hardworking, hungry players to want these back, they would look down on them as not fit to lace their boots. Thanks for the small moments you provided for basically ONE season but fuck off......

Re: Arnautović & Payet
Don't go back - second time round is never the same.

If I had to sign one of them all over again inowing what would transpire but at the same point in their careers as before - Payet no question (and would do so in a heartbeat).

As much as he was a cunt at the end - what a ride along the way. Will be a long time (if ever) before we have arguably the best player in the league and the form player in the whole of Europe playing for us again. For a single season, he was that good.

Loyalty doesn’t exist in football.

Happens to us, we do it to others. It’s the way of the world.

One is 33 years-old and the other is 32 next birthday. They are both disloyal and disruptive cunts.

So, no.

Both good players, though. If you took their techniques and took away their phenomenal egos and selfishness, you'd have a couple of fine players on your hands. Modern day footballers - more in it for themselves than their teams. They're not the first and won't be the last.
