The old 'I was only having a laugh at your expense' card.

Good attempt at squirming out of it, fat lad.

You're certainly good for a chuckle, Eerie. I didn't give an opinion on the article, since I didn't read it other than looking at the pics. I was just amused that right-wing tabloids are now seemingly taking climate change seriously.

You're really like BRANDED in your amusement value in these dark times.

No doubt it will be used as an excuse for no signing.

I think Crystal Palace will be fine.

So you didn't read the article, yet you're happy to give an opinion on it, as well as taking it more seriously than a prediction that I didn't give. Good stuff.

If you're going to try as desperately as you do to appear like some wise old owl on every subject, maybe read articles that you are commenting on, and read posts properly.

I'll ask you again, do you think a large chunk of London will be under water by 2030?

I haven't read the article, but since those scientists probably have more qualifications than cutting up frogs in school biology class, I'd probably take their predictions more seriously than I would yours, Eerie son.

You stick with right wing tabloids though. You might be able to learn of some science that was cutting edge 50 years ago.

So you reckon those scientists are absolutely bang on about London being large scale underwater by 2030, Fat Slice?

Are the right-wing tabloids finally accepting that scientists might be right? Only took them forty years.

I expect the politicians of the day scaled back the Thames Barrier to "save money".

As such, it's best before date became 50 and not 100 years from the date of opening.

They'll all be dead now, and so bothered as fuck.

Isn't this why they built the Thames Barrier?

London Stadium might not make a good football stadium but it might make a good swimming pool.
