Not letting neighbouring Somerset get away with ripping off Brie, I've heard that the extreme Southwest county is launching Blue Devon...

I love the cheese area in Whole Foods High St Ken. The only place you can fart as much as you like and get away with it.

A St Marcellin tickles my fancy.

Are these gaps stints in prison?

Good thread this. I LIKE A NICE STILTON. NOT ONE THAT PUNCHES YOU IN THE FACE, A RELATIVELY MELLOW ONE.

Agreed. Apart from Sage Derby tasting horrible. It just tastes inferior.

There's just no point in adding fruit or herbs to any decent cheese. It doesn't improve it.

Re: cheeses
Coffee: yarg.

Unlike sage derby, it's covered in nettles, which no more invalidates it as a cheese than wax covering does to many more cheeses.

It doesn't have nettles in the body of the cheese.

Anyway, it doesn't matter much whether a cheese is true or not. Sage derby tastes horrible.
